Prepare your enquiry.

PRODUCT

Specify the requirement

Share the product, grade, quantity, intended use and any parameters needed by your business.

DESTINATION

Define the delivery

Include the destination country, delivery location and required timing. Share your preferred commercial terms for discussion.

DOCUMENTS

Confirm what is needed

Tell us which commercial, product and shipment documents your importer requires. Our team will confirm availability for the proposed supply.

Before confirming the order.

Review the quotation, agreed product specification, packing, payment terms, document requirements and delivery arrangements together. Record any outstanding requirements before confirmation.

For repeat orders, reference the previous specification and highlight changes to your product, pack, artwork or destination requirements.

01

Build a destination-specific document list.

Ask the importer or receiving business to identify the documents needed for the proposed product and destination. Share the names, required language, issuing expectations and any deadline with Parth.

Commercial, product and shipment documents serve different purposes. A company-level document should not be treated as a batch result, and a product description should not be treated as a shipment certificate.

02

Check consistency across the order.

Review company names, product descriptions, quantities, packing references and delivery details for consistency with the agreed order. Highlight discrepancies before dispatch arrangements are finalised.

If a third party needs to review documents, specify their role and contact route in the enquiry rather than assuming it is included.

03

Delivery planning and handover.

Identify the destination port or location, the requested timing and the commercial terms for discussion. Confirm which responsibilities and charges are included in the accepted quotation.

For follow-up, use the order or shipment reference and state which document or milestone you are asking about.
