01

Product-specific manufacturing discussions.

Our role is that of a manufacturer and exporter. Ask the team about the production or preparation route relevant to the product you need, including the specification, pack format and proposed order.

Choose the category and product first, then agree the specification, processing, packing, handling and destination requirements. Preparation and delivery arrangements vary across the seven categories.

02

Technical and facility information.

If your procurement process needs facility information, a technical questionnaire, a production discussion or a visit request, include those requirements in your first enquiry. Explain the product and the purpose of the review.

Facility addresses, equipment lists, capacity figures, audit reports and batch results should come from the team’s applicable documents. The illustrative images and product concept film are not records of an actual production line.

03

Agree the output, not just the product name.

Set out the product parameters, acceptable packing, label information and delivery requirements in one brief. Identify any tests or documents your organisation needs before confirmation.

For a repeat order, reference the previous agreed specification and highlight any changed requirements.

From enquiry to order coordination

Share product, grade, quantity, destination and required timing. Review product specifications, packaging and artwork, commercial terms and shipment documentation as connected parts of the same order.

Changes and approvals

Record agreed requirements in writing. Confirm changes to specifications, packing, documents or delivery with the team before production or dispatch.
