01

Consumer and commercial presentation.

Start with the sales channel and intended use. A consumer-facing pack, a foodservice format and a bulk shipment need different artwork, handling and quantity information.

Describe the preferred material or format, net quantity, outer packing, case count and any handling requirements. Confirm which formats are available for the selected product.

02

A practical artwork review.

Review the company and product name, applicable brand, pack quantity, language, label text and printing placement together. Check the approved version before the pack is finalised.

Keep a clear distinction between a visual concept and production artwork. The website’s Parth packaging concepts demonstrate design direction; the final pack follows the agreed artwork and specification.

03

Packing details that affect delivery.

Discuss how individual packs are grouped, handled and identified. Share any requirements for case markings, handling instructions or pallet configuration.

Record the final packing requirement alongside the product specification so an artwork revision does not unintentionally change the agreed product or quantity.
