Purchase guidelines

A practical starting point for a business enquiry.

Make your requirements clear.

  1. Identify the product, grade and specification you need.

  2. Share the quantity, packing and delivery destination.

  3. Discuss availability, price, payment terms and expected shipment timing.

  4. Review required documentation and any sample arrangements.

  5. Confirm the final specification and commercial terms in writing before proceeding.

Website content is an introduction to the portfolio. The written quotation and agreed contract determine the terms of any order.

01

Before requesting a quotation.

Prepare the product name, grade or variant, quantity and unit, packing preference, destination and required timing. Identify any parameters that cannot be substituted.

If you are buying against a specification or tender, summarise the mandatory requirements clearly in the enquiry.

02

Before accepting an order.

Review the product specification, quantity, pack and artwork, commercial terms, payment arrangements, required documents and delivery expectations together. Obtain clarification on anything not yet confirmed.

Do not treat a website image, informal message or indicative discussion as a complete order agreement.

03

Verify payment and communication details.

Use the company contact route to verify unexpected changes to payment instructions or contact information before acting. Refer to the caution notice if a message appears unusual.

Keep the quotation, accepted terms and order reference available for later questions or amendments.
